Earthquakes are Caused from Solar Ejections
interacting with specific magnetic field conditions
which then vibrate specific minerals (resonance)
Earthquakes are caused when Solar Particles (RADIATION) hits the Earth's magnetic field, in a region where the energy is allowed to funnel in.
The nature of predicting when, and where this occurs, would require large areas of the world to be monitored for fluctuations in both the field, and the incoming radiations polarity/speed/frequency.
