Fructose is the Killer.
Fruit juice has a very huge Fructose content.
Fructose gets processed in the liver.
If a person exceeds the amount of fructose that the liver can process,
then the liver converts the fructose to fat and the threshold changes as the person ages.
That fat from the fructose clogs arteries.
That fat clogs brains and hearts!
That fructose liver fat, also makes livers fat!
That fructose also causes digestion issues,
because now the person has to try to pass FAT waste, instead of normal food waste.
